100 places available on Clinical Management Courses

The Learning and Development Team are pleased to announce that they have 100 places available on Clinical Management Courses in the New Year.

This Clinical Management Course is designed to equip Registered Clinicians with important clinical management skills including human factors, attributes, and non-technical skills relevant to clinical aspects of their work. The course covers a wide range of non-technical knowledge and understanding of important but rarely used clinical interventions:

• Understanding of clinical leadership styles.
• Human factors
• Clinical leadership and follow-ship
• Empowering the team
• Complex decision making
• Understanding when and how to access specialist teams/clinicians.
• Rarely used clinical procedures (needle thoracocentesis, Amiodarone to pulsed VT, nebulised adrenaline, and inotropic support)

This is a 1-day course, held virtually via Microsoft Teams. The timings are 9am – 4pm.

• 7^th February
• 8^th February
• 6^th March
• 7^th March
• 8^th March
• 27^th March
