Leadership development needs survey

The Culture and Leadership team have started the process of designing a Leadership Development Programme which embraces our vision while ensuring we are Fit for the Future. The programme will encompass the Time to Lead programme and its ambitions and above all reflect the needs of our leaders, those who want to lead, and all of our people. 

For this programme to be successful we need your expertise. We need to understand what the ask is for your department, your team and yourself. This programme is about making sure our leaders can lead with confidence, have the right skills, and can be exceptional role models. It is also about ensuring that we support you in being the best version of yourself. With your support we will make EEAST a great place to work and develop whilst supporting your aspirations.

Part of establishing the development needs of EEAST is to obtain your feedback by completing a training needs analysis, by 31st March 2023. This will support us in identifying a baseline of the core skills required. This is a self-assessment of your skills and experience; so please reflect on your skills and tell us what your strengths are as well as areas you need more support on.

The survey is for all staff to complete, not just leaders and managers. It is completely anonymous and will only take 10 minutes. The survey closes on 31 March 2023.
