Breaking bad news masterclass

L&D are pleased to announce we have availability for the Breaking Bad News Masterclass.

This is hosted virtually by LIVES training – all courses run 0900-1700.

The session explores the appropriate communication skills required for breaking bad news to relatives, patients and colleagues. The session is heavily focused on case-based discussion and simulated learning.

Course Objectives:

• Understand why it’s important to break bad news in the right way
• Analyse the different models/frameworks commonly used
• Effectively deliver bad news to a patient
