Business Unit Engagement Sessions

As part of the Trust's Time to Lead Programme focusing on giving our leaders time to lead, a number of engagement sessions have been organised with the aim of exploring and capturing the thoughts of staff across the Trust in relation to the concept of aligning business units to the six Sectors/Integrated Care Systems.

What may work regionally? What may work Locally? These are all questions the engagement session will set out to explore and we want your thoughts and ideas, too!

There are currently four engagement session dates available for you to book onto to start off with and we are open to running more, so that we can meet a cross section of colleagues.

• 13^th July 2022    1:00 PM - 2:00 PM Europe/London

• 19^th July 2022     11:00 AM - 12:00 PM Europe/London
