Calibre Programme

I’m pleased to be able to tell you that the Trust is now participating in the Calibre programme. Calibre is a talent development and leadership programme for people who identify as neurodiverse or disabled, or who have a long-term physical or mental health condition. 

The initiative is entirely funded by NHS England and was developed by Dr Ossie Stewart, an international disability consultant and academic from Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust.

We have 20 places available for the programme which will take place from 15^th February 2023 to 15^th March 2023 and we will shortly be inviting applications from colleagues who wish to participate, so please keep and eye on Need to Know for further information.

All sessions will be run remotely via Teams. There will, however, be a lot of project work outside the course, so it is important that anyone who wishes to participate has the full support of their line manager.
