CallEEAST, our internal outsourced contact centre, is hitting the capital to exhibit at the Business Show in London, the largest in Europe with over 750 exhibitors.
CallEEAST have a refocus on Commercial growth, and looking to additional income streams to support EEAST’s financial sustainability. This focus is looking at onboarding additional contracts for telephone answering, virtual receptionists, and full contact centre managed solutions.
Currently CallEEAST has contracts with NHS Trusts such as Birmingham Community Healthcare, call handling for district nurses, fertility clinics and solicitors. The team have 70 staff and are co-located with the Norwich Emergency Operations Centre.
CallEEAST have developed their social media presence and now has Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram.
