Can you help provide operational support?

Dear colleagues,

We have recently experienced one of the most pressured winters on record and as part of our learning for future pressure periods, we are inviting EEAST support staff and managers to gain additional skills in other roles.

The additional skills could include supporting 999 call handling or becoming non-clinical driver.

For existing clinical managers, we are equally keen to offer refresher sessions (if needed) on skills or equipment.

In planning for delivering the additional training we have prepared some confidential online forms which allow us to collate this information.

We are also interested to know whether staff could support by redeployment to other roles on upcoming industrial action dates.

We are looking to support all of our patients and staff providing the safest effective response to all. We would appreciate your help during any such extreme periods of pressure. Please can you fill in the form using the link or QR code below as soon as possible but by no later than the 28^th February and we will provide further information about how the skills can be achieved.
