Churchills Shining Star Award

We recognize that our Churchills cleaners do a fantastic job at keeping our stations clean and tidy for everyone. Churchills have set up a recognition programme for any member of the Trust to nominate any of the cleaning staff for a “Shining Star” award.

Its aim is to recognise employees who demonstrate exceptional behaviour that supports Churchills three core values:

Always Do Right

Consistently avoids the easy option in favour of the best outcome

Its not just about doing the job, this is when we see our people ensuring it’s delivered with the best possible result

Always Seek Better

Consistently looks for opportunities to be better and delivers real improvement for our people and therefore, our customers

Consistently values people and creates an environment where our people thrive

From our own people to our clients and their customers

In addition, there will also be a Team Player award for two or more people working together, to achieve a common goal, who have excelled in their duties and displayed collective excellence in the execution of their role.

Team Award

Two or more people who have worked together to achieve a common goal, project or task, who have excelled in their responsibilities/duties either their targets and/or displayed collective excellence in the execution of their role.
