We would like to say well done to the 7 latest QSIR Practitioners, Sam Watson, Andy Reid, Jenni McClagish, Joanna Whelton, Helen Halton-Hughes, Jonathan Locke and John Hargreaves.

After attending the five-day course in Dereham the graduates now have the tools and techniques to design and implement more efficient and productive services and processes.
