CQC inspection - have your say

We are just four weeks away from our Care Quality Commission (CQC) inspection. Have you booked your place at one of the CQC focus groups?

Our CQC inspection will start on 4th April.  So, if you want to have your say about the Trust, book a place at one of the staff focus groups.

At the request of the CQC, the Trust has arranged a series of focus groups so that you, our staff and volunteers, have a real opportunity to provide feedback to the CQC team.  These are confidential sessions between you and the CQC, so make sure not to miss out.  There will be three sessions daily from 14th to 18th March – you can view the all the venues and dates here on East24.

To book a place, please email your line manager and copy to the EASTAMB project team cqcdata@eastamb.nhs.uk  (please note that this is a Trust email account, one not monitored by the CQC), or telephone the Trust project team on 01234 243089.

Lewis Andrews, Quality Development Team Lead, explains: “The CQC inspection is designed to make sure our services are safe, effective, compassionate, and of high quality, and to encourage us to improve in specific areas as appropriate.  This means that we can further improve the first class service that we already provide to people in our community.

“Remember, these focus groups really are your opportunity to have your say; please make the most of these confidential discussions between staff, volunteers and CQC, and help us to shape the future of our service.”
