Cultural survey rolled out across Trust

Our new cultural survey will be landing on door mats in the next few weeks!

As reported in Need to Know, company Zeal Solutions has developed a survey to ask you what you think about the culture here at EEAST. Every colleague should have a copy delivered to their home address.

The survey is completely anonymous, but everyone’s views will be taken into account. Importantly, this is a big step towards identifying the culture changes we need to make.

The results will be shared openly with staff, Unison, the Care Quality Commission (CQC) and our stakeholders - and we will keep all of you updated on progress here on Need to Know.

Surveys will be making their way to you over the next few weeks, but if by 29^th April you haven’t received one, please email hr.advice@eastamb.nhs.uk and a member of the team will endeavour to get a copy to you as soon as possible.
