Digital Live Services (IT) Out of Hours On-Call

The Digital Live Services out of hours on-call service has recently received in increase in non-critical calls out of hours.

Please find below some examples of support that would and wouldn’t be provided out of hours:

Supported

Total system failure or network loss of the following applications:

  • Airwave
  • AOVPN
  • Cleric CAD
  • GRS
  • MDT
  • Office 365
  • Portal
  • Siren
  • Sophos
  • Telephony
  • Terminal servers

Unsupported

Individual account issues e.g. password lock outs and requests are not supported on-call; these should continue to be logged on Halo Self Service Portal (haloitsm.com) where they will be actioned during office hours.

Self-Service Account Unlocks

Staff are strongly advised to setup the self-service functionality whilst they can log into their devices. This will allow them to unlock or reset the password for their own user accounts if required.
