Disciplinary Policy & Pre-Action Review Meeting Manager’s Passport Training sessions

The Workforce Directorate are launching a new Manager’s Passport Training module for the Disciplinary Policy & Pre-Action Review Meeting Process MPT. It will be addressing the process for managing conduct issues. It will also introduce you to the new P-ARM process.

Key learning and skills to develop and put into action by attending this module are:

Standard Disciplinary Process
Disciplinary Investigations
Disciplinary Hearings
Suspension
New Pre-Action review Meeting

Any individuals with Line management, supervisory responsibilities, are invited to take part in these modules of the Manager’s Passport Training.

This bite-size training session will be facilitated via the Microsoft Teams App. The Teams App is available on all Trust laptops. If you don’t have the App on your laptop, the Teams meeting invite should re-direct you to where you can download the application. Please join the training sessions individually, on the dates below, this will ensure that your participation in the training session is captured on the Evolve database.

If you are interested in attending these modules, please enrol via your Evolve account. Once you have logged in, click on the Course Library in the toolbar. Scroll down and click on Leadership Development, then Managers Passport Training and then enrol on the module.
