As a member of our staff networks, you have the opportunity to have your voice heard throughout the organization.
In recent years, EEAST's staff networks have played a pivotal role in driving forward change and have been instrumental in implementing some of the changes you have seen. As part of our commitment to making EEAST a more inclusive, diverse workplace, we need your expertise and support.
The following committee roles are now live on TRAC.
All Women at EEAST (AWE) Network
Black Minority Ethic (BME) Network
Disability support network (DSN)
Men’s wellbeing (MWN) Network
These are voluntary roles undertaken alongside your current role. Protected time and TOIL will be available for network duties. SLT's decision allocates each staff network 12 hours per month. Abstraction from your current role will be agreed in line with service requirements as per the abstraction policy. These roles have been approved and receive support from the Trust Executive Team.
