EEAST Clinical Strategy Design Survey

As part of the ongoing work to develop EEASTs new Clinical Strategy, the team have developed a survey for staff to complete to give their input in to its design.

This self-assessment survey should take approximately 10 minutes to complete and consists of 10 questions.

Purpose

This survey has three main aims:

To understand the key areas of challenge and opportunity for EEAST, and operating within a new collaborative landscape with partners
To understand the priorities for the future of EEAST as the only regional provider within the wider system
To understand enablers for success

Output

Answers will be gathered from participants throughout EEAST and will reflect the whole organisation, and this will mean that the results give a true reflection on how to design the Clinical Strategy

A combination of quantitative and qualitative answers will be gathered and analysed to produce a summary of internal perspectives on designing the Clinical Strategy

The deadline to complete the assessment is Friday 12th August and you can complete the survey using this link.

By participating in this assessment, your responses will be kept anonymous, confidential and will be aggregated to provide an overall result.
