Would you like to support your colleagues with wellbeing conversations?

Following a successful pilot of the Wellbeing Champions programme across Norfolk and Waveney we are now extending this offer to all staff across the Trust. Essentially wellbeing champions promote, identify, and signpost ways to support the wellbeing of their colleagues.

We are looking for interested staff who are keen to train as EEAST Wellbeing Champions.
