EEAST Wellbeing Workshop Manager’s Session

Wellbeing Suffolk (Norfolk and Suffolk NHS Foundation Trust) are hosting an EEAST Wellbeing Workshop Manager’s Session.

The session will take place on Wednesday 11^th October 2023 14:00-14:45 via Microsoft Teams. This workshop creates a space for managers and leadership to not only learn techniques for spotting and aiding employee’s mental health, but also gain evidence-based techniques to support their own health and wellbeing.
