Improving email communications

The communications team has procured a new email marketing platform to improve the way we manage our email communications and engagement.

The new platform, GovDelivery, will enable the team to send specific, targeted and personalised emails and will also mean the data from that delivery process can then be analysed to improve performance.

From this Thursday 27th April, any ‘all staff’ emails you receive will be sent from GovDelivery. You do not need to do anything. The email address the email comes from is eastamb@public.govdelivery.com and the display name is East of England Ambulance Service NHS Trust. 

The roll out of the platform will be carried out in two phases, with the initial launch focusing on the delivery of ‘all staff’ emails, due to the ongoing work with the active directory. Phase 2, will enable the specific targeting of emails, so you will only receive emails which are relevant to you, or that you have expressed an interest in. More information will be provided on phase 2 as this is developed.
