ePCR and iPad Guidance

You can get help and support via the EEAST IT Service Desk. 

This includes: 

  • Siren Nova password reset 
  • Vehicle call sign additions 

Please direct all support requests to the EEAST IT Service Desk. 

You can contact IT support via the green Trust Service Desk icon on the iPads (shown below).  

To log an iPad/ePCR faulttap > ePCR iPad Fault shown below with orange triangle icon. 

To log other iPad/ePCR requests, go to: 

Log a Service Request shown below with plus sign icon in green circle > ePCR iPads > select relevant option on the right, shown on last picture below.  

To arrange a return of an unused iPad click HERE
