ePCR and out-of-area hospital update

Queen's Hospital, the latest out-of-area hosptial to implement the Siren Notification Board

The implementation of Siren Notification Board (SNB) at out-of-area hospitals continues with Milton Keynes University Hospital and Queen’s Hospital in Romford both going live on 8 June. This was followed by North Middlesex Hospital on 15 June.

This means that EEAST crews can create ePCRs on the iPad for patients conveyed to these hospitals, as well as Harefield and Barnet hospitals, which started accepting ePCRs earlier in the year.

Please note that Whipps Cross is still unable to receive ePCRs from EEAST crews. For other out-of-area hospitals not on SNB, please continue to use paperwork.
