ePCR project and permanent team update

ePCR permanent team update

Today (Thursday 30 June) is the core ePCR project team’s last day at the Trust. All support services are now fully managed by the relevant business-as-usual teams.

The next stage of the recruitment process for both the permanent ePCR clinical lead and ePCR configuration analyst roles has started, with interviews being arranged and conducted.

The ePCR eLearning developer job description is being reviewed and will be re-advertised in due course.

While the permanent team recruitment process is still ongoing, frontline staff who have a suggestion to improve the Siren app or iPad, or a query about forthcoming software releases, can contact epcr@eastamb.nhs.uk.

You can continue to access iPad and ePCR training via the yellow star Learn ePCR icon on the iPad (shown below) or via the LMS365 SharePoint link where you can self-enrol onto courses.

Course completion data is sent to the L&D team on a weekly basis, although updates may take a couple of weeks to show in your Evolve account.

For all other ePCR training enquires, please contact epcrtraining@eastamb.nhs.uk.

If you need assistance with all IT-related issues with iPads and ePCR ,including requesting new Siren accounts, ordering new/replacement devices and accessories or logging a software fault, please contact the Trust Service Desk.

You can do this by tapping the green star Trust Service desk icon on the iPad (shown below) or by clicking here.

Your local ePCR lead and Teams chat are still available for peer-to-peer support. However all IT issues must be reported to the Trust’s Service Desk as this also helps the team log problems with both iPad and Siren suppliers to improve the product and service.
