ePCR project team departure and business as usual

ePCR project BAU

After an action packed 22 months, the ePCR project team will be departing on 30 June. The Trust is in the process of recruiting a full-time permanent team to keep the momentum going in conjunction with the new Frontline Digitisation Group.

All support services are now managed by the relevant business as usual teams.

What does this mean for front line clinical staff?

iPad, ePCR and IT Help

If you need assistance with all IT related issues with iPads and ePCR, including requesting new Siren accounts, ordering new/replacement devices and accessories or logging a software fault, please contact the Trust Service Desk.

You can do this by tapping the green star Trust Service Desk icon on the iPad (shown below) or via this link.

iPad and ePCR training

iPad and ePCR training are hosted through a SharePoint site called LMS365.

It can be accessed via the yellow star Learn ePCR icon on the iPad (shown below) or via this link where you can to self-enrol onto courses.

For any enrolment or certificate enquiries please contact epcrtraining@eastamb.nhs.uk

ePCR leads, trainers, super users

Your local ePCR lead, trainers and super user will be available for peer-to-peer support. However, all IT issues must be reported to the Trust’s Service Desk as this also helps the team log problems with both iPad and Siren suppliers to improve the product and service.

ePCR support Teams chats

ePCR Teams chats are still available for peer-to-peer support. As mentioned above, please continue to log all technical issues the Trust’s IT Service Helpdesk HERE
