Final salary payments

We are getting an increase in queries from members of staff leaving the Trust regarding final salary payments and the misconception that basic pay is paid one month in arrears.

Please note that for substantive members of staff, basic salary is paid in the current month. The only payments which are paid in arrears are overtime, Section 2 payments, and claims.
