Fit for the Future Fortnight, 7th – 20th November

Our Fit for the Future programme began in September 2021. Fit for the Future is EEAST’s overarching improvement programme. It brings together all the work that we are doing to improve EEAST for our people and patients and addresses long standing issues identified by the CQC, EHRC and Ofsted.
