Fit for the Future Podcast: Hospice Rotation

Welcome to another episode of the Fit for the Future podcast. Each episode, we will visit a workstream from the Fit for the Future improvement plan to demonstrate what achievements have taken place and how this will help to develop our Trust for the future.

Funded by SNEE ICB and St Helena Hospice, EEAST recruited four paramedics to deliver a rotational service with St Helena Hospice a joint approach to visiting patients in the community at the end of their lives, to share knowledge, skills, information and practice. In this episode Gita PrasadDirector of Business and Partnerships, meets with Peter Bumphrey, Rachel Hunt, and Daniel Richardson to discuss this integrated partnership project and what it means for the Trust.
