Free stroke CPD for ambulance clinicians

NHS logo

The East of England Integrated Stroke Delivery Network (ISDN) has agreed to explore opportunities to give ambulance crews and staff across the region access to free specialist teaching input and education sessions.

These sessions will mainly be focussing on less common presentations of stroke, complex cases, cases coming in the front door, as well as related topics such as anatomy, physiology, new guidelines, stroke research and ongoing trials.

The ISDN is aiming to provide an overview of all the sessions trusts across the region are running for the next 6-12 months which will be shared in due course but in the meantime, we wanted to make colleagues aware of the next teaching Addenbrookes are putting on at the end of June and encourage staff who are interested to join as well as register for future teaching sessions.
