Graduate paramedics finish induction

A group of graduate paramedics finished their four-week clinical induction to the Trust last week in Chelmsford.

The graduates, from a number of universities, had a week of observational shifts and other clinical assessments, including paramedic clinical skills, pharmacology, advanced life support.

Chief Executive Anthony Marsh said: “We welcome our newest recruits to the Trust and wish them a long, happy and safe career on the frontline.”
