Have your say with National Quarterly Pulse survey

Pulse Survey. A quick, 5 minute check to listen to your views.

The latest National Quarterly Pulse survey is still open and runs until 31st January. If you haven’t had chance to share your views yet, then please do make the time to do so. It’s an opportunity to ensure your voice is heard across our organisation by sharing your views. So far, we have received 1471 responses.

You can access the survey through your unique link sent to you by Picker. If you are unable to access the link through your email, you can complete the survey by clicking here or scan the QR code below.

 

Remember, the survey is completely anonymous and is a safe space for you to share how you’re feeling. Please take five minutes to tell us more about your experiences at work, including how motivated you feel and what other support would make the biggest difference to your experience at work at this time.

Listening to you regularly and receiving up-to-date feedback means we can act and respond on your concerns and help improve the support that we provide to improve your experience of working at EEAST.

 

Your responses to this survey are strictly confidential. No one will see your completed survey or be able to identify individual responses:

  • The information you enter in the survey is returned to an independent external research company, Picker, and not to the Trust.
  • Your unique access to the survey is only used by Picker to identify which staff should be sent a reminder.
  • The survey findings will be analysed by Picker independently and the results will be presented such that no individual, or their responses, can be identified.
