From the end of this year, we will be closing our Hidden Gems awards. But there’s no need to worry, there will still be plenty of opportunities to nominate your colleagues when we launch our brand-new staff recognition scheme in the new year.
Whilst Hidden Gems was based on our Trust Values and recognising those staff members who you felt really exemplified them. Our new GREATix awards will focus more on learning from excellence, and we’ll share details of this with you over the coming weeks.
From this Friday, 10th December, you won’t be able to submit any new Hidden Gem nominations. Existing Hidden Gems will be honoured. If you are waiting for one then it will be sent out, but please do keep checking your email as, when the message arrives, you must reply with details of your line manager and base station before we can progress the award any further.
