How can we improve NeedtoKnow and East24?

We need volunteers to join us for a focus group to discuss how we can improve our NeedtoKnow and East24 platforms.

We know our current intranet and news sites aren’t perfect, and we are working hard to find a solution that will be more effective for our staff and volunteers.

Whilst we are planning on replacing all three of our websites (public website, East24 and NeedtoKnow) with brand new sites in the long term, we are aiming to make some more immediate changes to the current platforms that will make them work better for you.

We are looking for volunteers to join us for a focus group to review suggested changes to the current platforms and gather your feedback and experience of the current platforms.

If you are unable to attend a session but would still like to provide feedback, we are running two ongoing questionnaires on East24 and NeedtoKnow, which can be accessed via the permanent graphics on the relevant homepages. Each questionnaire contains four quick questions that will take no more than a couple of minutes each and will go a long way to help us create the best platform for you.
