Due to matters which are out of our control within EEAST, the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) team are operating using business continuity processes. This way of working means that call lengths are longer and as a result this means that getting through to SPOC may take a little longer.
There are a few ways that operational staff can support our SPOC team:
