July National Quarterly Pulse survey closes soon

Pulse Survey. A quick, 5 minute check to listen to your views.

Don’t forget to share your views and help improve your Trust. This is the last week to complete the July National Quarterly Pulse Survey. The survey will run until 31st July and we’re asking everyone to take a few minutes to share their views. If you haven’t had chance to share your views yet, then please do make the time to do so. It’s an opportunity to ensure your voice is heard across our organisation by sharing your views.

It’s really important that as many of you complete the survey as possible so that we have the most accurate view of how you view things at EEAST. Each survey gives us a clearer picture of how you view working at EEAST and the progress we are making.

The survey is open to all staff and volunteers to give everyone an opportunity to make their voice heard. The survey is completely anonymous and is a safe space for you to share how you’re feeling.

The survey takes just five minutes to complete and allows you to tell us more about your experiences at work, including how motivated you feel and what other support would make the biggest difference to your experience at work.

Thank you to all who have taken part in the survey.

If you have additional questions, please email internalcommunications@eastamb.nhs.uk
