July National Quarterly Pulse survey is still live

Pulse Survey. A quick, 5 minute check to listen to your views.

The July National Quarterly Pulse survey is now live and will run until 31st July and we’re asking everyone to take a few minutes to share their views. If you haven’t had chance to share your views yet, then please do make the time to do so. It’s an opportunity to ensure your voice is heard across our organisation by sharing your views.

It’s really important that as many of you complete the survey as possible so that we have the most accurate view of how you view things at EEAST. Each survey gives us a clearer picture of how you view working at EEAST and the progress we are making.

The survey is open to all staff and volunteers to give everyone an opportunity to make their voice heard. The survey is completely anonymous and is a safe space for you to share how you’re feeling.

The survey takes just five minutes to complete and allows you to tell us more about your experiences at work, including how motivated you feel and what other support would make the biggest difference to your experience at work.

I don’t want to be identified by my answers
The survey is completely anonymous; nobody can be identified from their responses or the way they submit the survey. The National Quarterly Pulse Survey does not ask for any personal information although we do ask for some demographic information, for example ethnic origin, age or job type. We do this to explore the results for different populations within the NHS.

Is taking part mandatory?
Everyone is encouraged to take part, but the survey is not mandatory.

It is easy to complete and should take you around five minutes. You can complete the survey during your regular working hours. The survey closes on 31st July 2023.

How will my data be used?
The data will be utilised by local, regional and national workforce teams. The aggregated results inform decisions on how best to support our NHS People.
