We are fast approaching the close of the NHS annual staff survey on Friday the 26th November.

We all know why a high response rate is important - the more people respond, the more we can understand people’s experience of working for EEAST and where we need to improve. I appreciate that this is challenging given the operational pressures that we are facing but I am keen that we hear from as many people as possible.

We are currently sitting at 43%. This is below the average response rate for ambulance services of 49.5%.

The results for our trust are set out below – showing the response rates for each region and team. Please complete the survey, you should have received an email from Picker which will contain a unique link to the survey, and tell us about you experience of working for EEAST.
