Leadership Learning Circle on Neurodiversity in the Workplace

This is a reminder that September’s Leadership Learning Circle will be taking place on the 21^st September 2023 from 9:30am - 11:30am. This month’s leadership learning circle topic will focus on ‘Neurodiversity in the Workplace’.

This session will provide learning and understanding on the challenges our colleagues who are neurodivergent face within the workplace, as well as equipping our leaders with tools to support our colleagues to reach their full potential. This is an interactive session held on MS Teams where we have SME’s, representatives from Kays Medical team and specialist presentations. There are limited places so please book at your earliest availability to secure your space.

Next Month- In October our Leadership Learning Circle is on ‘Understanding the Process of Reasonable Adjustment for our Colleagues’. The event will be taking place on the 20^th October between 2pm and 4pm. Details will be shared shortly.
