We are excited to announce the upcoming Leadership Learning Circle session on "Understanding Reasonable Adjustments and Process for Our People." This session will take place on 20th October from 2pm to 4pm via MS Teams.

As EEAST is working towards becoming a disability confident employer, it is crucial for our leaders to have a deep understanding of reasonable adjustments and the process involved in supporting our employees. This Leadership Learning Circle session aims to address this challenging topic and provide valuable insights and knowledge to deal with practical issues at work.

The Leadership Learning Circle will feature guest speakers who are subject matter experts in this field. They will share their expertise and experiences, providing you with valuable insights and practical strategies. Additionally, this session will provide an opportunity for you to learn from other leaders, HR Business Partners, Occupational Health Partners and the Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) team.

Please note that space for this session is limited, and places will be offered on a first-come, first-served basis. We encourage you to register early to secure your place.

How does Learning Circles work?
The ‘Leadership Learning Circles,’ have been successfully running for over a year. It is a series of informal discussion groups being carried out remotely over MS Teams, giving managers the opportunity to talk about a variety of topics. The sessions are aimed at providing managers at all levels of experience with some practical ways to tackle issues they may face as a leader.

They are a ‘safe zone’ for open conversation where managers can share experiences and gather different perspectives from colleagues on how to approach similar situations in future.

Who can attend?
Any leader with line manager responsibility is welcome. Specialists from the senior leadership team, HR and staff side will be on hand to assist with facilitating the discussions. 

How do I sign up?

Ensure you liaise with your line manager before signing up for this learning circle as places are limited per sector. You can sign up to the course via the link. Closing date to enrol will be Thursday 19th October.
