Local Q&As – what do you think?

Back in March this year, we introduced local Q&A sessions via Teams Live, to compliment the fortnightly all-Trust Q&A briefings hosted by members of the Executive Team at 4pm every Thursday.

Held on a monthly basis, the locality/directorate briefings are aimed at improving staff communication and engagement at a local level, which we know from your feedback has not been as effective as any of us would have liked particularly through leaders and managers.

We’re a few months in now and we would really like to hear from you about whether you think they’re working well, and any suggestions for how we could improve them. We’ve pulled together a few questions to gauge your opinion and would be really grateful if you would take a couple of minutes to share your thoughts with us.
