Work is continuing behind the scenes on development projects and programmes for staff.
The organisational development team has been busy working on a number of projects to support the transformation of EEAST. Coming soon is:
- a series of leadership and management masterclasses, including mentorship, difficult conversations, and conflict management
- the launch of the Aspiring Leaders Programme for operational staff
- a 999 Blue Light Leadership Academy pilot for Essex, working collaboratively with police and fire colleagues to ‘make a difference together’
- the revision of the Trust appraisal process, so it’s simplified, user friendly, and focuses on positive engagement and feedback
- a pilot Mary Seacole Programme in Essex
- a new set of internal leadership cohorts
- a support services development programme.
In addition to the above there will be a suite of e-learning programmes, newsletters and guest blogs from previous leadership cohorts.
