It's the last day of Men's Health Week and with it comes the final task. We want to remind you to keep prioritising your health and well-being, engage in open conversations and don’t stop from seeking the help you need.

Day 7: Reducing Stigma

Addressing challenges to men’s health helps break down societal stigmas and stereotypes surrounding male health issues.

Challenge: Make an effort to share your story with someone else or encourage someone to share their experience, give them your time and listening ears.

Remember to start with small steps and gradually increase the intensity or duration as you progress, it’s important to listen to your body, consult with healthcare professionals if necessary and adapt the challenges to fit your specific needs and circumstances.
