Men’s Health Week is almost over but it is important to always prioritise your health and well-being. 

Day 6: Workplace productivity

Men spend a significant portion of their lives in the workplace. Optimal health positively affects productivity, job satisfaction and overall performance.

Challenge: Take scheduled breaks where possible and stretch. Try walking around, engaging in mindfulness sessions or simply step away from the desk to relax and recharge.
