This Men’s Health Week, the EEAST Men's Wellbeing Network invites each and every one of you to join us in embracing the journey towards better health with the day two challenge.

Day 2: Disease Prevention

Many health conditions, such as heart disease, prostate cancer and diabetes are more prevalent among men.

By focusing on men’s health individuals can proactively manage their risk factors, undergo necessary screening and make lifestyle changes to reduce the chances of developing these diseases.

Challenge: Set a goal to reduce or quit smoking/vaping, and limit alcohol consumption. If you need assistance in overcoming addition or maintaining healthier habits, see support immediately.

We would like to remind everyone that Wellbeing support is available to those who need it.
