Multi Factor Authentication update

We are aware some users are experiencing issues setting up or using Multi Factor Authentication after the recent rollout.

The IT Service Desk phone lines are currently very busy. If you or a colleague are having issues, please log a call through the through the Halo portal this can be looked at quicker than waiting for a call handler to be free. 

You may have to log the call on your colleague’s behalf if they are unable to access the Halo Portal.
