National Quarterly Pulse Survey 2023

Pulse Survey. A quick, 5 minute check to listen to your views.

We will soon invite you to take part in the first National Quarterly Pulse Survey (NQPS) of the year.

To undertake the NQPS, we are using Picker which many of you might recognise as our survey partner for National Staff Survey. Picker works with over 50 NHS Trusts and is the Coordination Centre for the NHS Staff Survey.

Open to all, this survey offers everyone an opportunity to make their voice heard. It is important that we receive up-to-date and constant feedback to ensure the organisation is on track with our improvement journey and providing the right support to you. Your thoughts and experience are essential to help make EEAST a positive and rewarding working environment.

The survey link will be emailed from Picker to all staff. An open link and QR code for the survey will also be made available from 9th January.

Confidentiality

The survey link that you will receive by email from Picker is unique to you to ensure that nobody can fill in a survey more than once and so that Picker can send reminders to people who may have forgotten to complete it. Please do not forward this email on to your colleagues. While an open link is available, please use this only if you cannot access your unique link through the email.

Your responses to this survey are strictly confidential. No one from EEAST will see your completed survey or be able to identify individual responses.

Look out for more information on NeedtoKnow. If you have additional questions regarding the National Quarterly Pulse Survey, please email internalcommunications@eastamb.nhs.uk or Picker on picker_surveys@picker.org.
