New call handlers join the Essex EOC team

Congratulations to our three newest Essex EOC call handlers who completed their training course with us in Chelmsford on Friday (24^th February).

All three will now move into the control room where they will begin working with mentors and taking live calls.

Course Trainer Lyn Fletcher said: "Friday was the last day of their four-week training course. They’ve all worked very hard and done really well. I am pleased to welcome them to our EOC team and wish them well".
