New CQC Booklet published

We have published our updated guide for all staff on how to prepare for the CQC. You can view the EEAST CQC Guide here or download below.

The guide includes key pieces of information such as, what the CQC will be looking for, what the CQC will inspect and how you can successfully navigate a CQC inspection.

Also available for managers is a CQC Inspection Operational Guide.

Coming soon we will also be providing further information with our 'year in review' to ensure that everyone understands what changes and progress has been made so far.

Last month we produced a series of recorded webinars that remind us of each of the Key Lines of Enquiry (KLOEs). You can watch these whenever you want on Need to Know - visit the KLOE webinars article.
