New Hospital Waiting Room Poster

Following feedback from our staff, we have designed a poster to go in the waiting rooms of all the acute hospitals that we convey our patients too.

The purpose of the poster is to encourage patients who have decided to make their own way to A&E after calling an ambulance to call us back to cancel their call after it was noted that our vehicles were attending an increasing number of calls where the patient was no longer at scene.

The posters, which you can see below, have been shared with our HALOs and acute hospital communications teams to be displayed around the departments where appropriate.
