Notification of Datix downtime

The Trusts DATIX Hosting provider will be carrying out maintenance work on the DATIX servers.

The service will be disrupted and unavailable between 18:00 on Wednesday 30^th November 2022 and 03:00 on Thursday 1^st December 2022.

Staff will still be able to report incidents via the SPOC team, who have kindly agreed to log on paper, during the downtime. Single Point Of Contact (SPOC) Tel No. 0345 602 6856 (Lines open 24/7).

We would like to apologise for any inconvenience this causes.
