Notification of Datix downtime – Wednesday 10th August 2022

DATIX will be unavailable between 18:00 and 00:00 on Wednesday 10^th August as maintenance work is carried out on the servers that host the incident reporting and risk management system.

During the downtime, staff will be able to report incidents via the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) team who have kindly agreed to log on paper.

The Single Point Of Contact (SPOC) team can be contacted on: 0345 602 6856. The line is open 24/7.

We would like to apologise for any inconvenience this causes.
