Notification of Datix downtime – Wednesday 18th October 2023

The Trusts DATIX Hosting provider will be carrying out maintenance work on the DATIX servers.

The service will be disrupted and unavailable between 18:00hrs and 00:00hrs on Wednesday 18^th October 2023.

Staff will still be able to report incidents via the SPOC team, who have kindly agreed to log on paper, during the downtime. Single Point Of Contact (SPOC) Tel No. 0345 602 6856 (Lines open 24/7).
