Notification of InPhase Changes – Emergency and Urgent Care (EUC) only

Following a full prompt review (with operational colleagues input), the CQS and Compliance & Standards team have completed changes to the Trust’s InPhase System. For information, please note the following:

• Some prompts have been removed. This means that historic data associated to removed prompts has been deleted.
• As a result of prompt removal, you will note that some prompts no longer run in sequential order (such as ‘S4’, medicines management).
• Re-wording of some prompts – Previous/historic updates (prompt comments, gaps & evidence links) will be associated with the re-worded prompt.
• Please note, these changes have only impacted InPhase updates at Level 3 (all AGM operational areas)
